ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE ADULT NON-CREDIT LANGUAGE TRAINING PROGRAM. Effective Date: November 25, 2013

NEW: Adult immigrants, whose first language is French, will now be eligible to access the Ministry`s Adult Non-Credit Language Training Program to support their settlement and integration in Ontario.

Provincial Nominee, or their dependant, who has been approved through Opportunities Ontario  Nomination Certificate
Temporary foreign worker, or their dependant, who has been approved through the Canadian Experience Class but has not yet been processed to receive permanent resident status Permanent resident visa and/or Confirmation of Permanent Residence issued by Citizenship  and Immigration Canada
Foreign domestic worker admitted under the Live-In Caregiver program Live-In Caregiver Work Permit issued by Citizenship and Immigration Canada or and open work permit with evidence of a previous Live-In Caregiver Work Permit
