The International Languages Program (ILP) at the CECCE is funded by the Ministry of Education of Ontario.

The program operates during the school year and offers:

  • 2.5 hours of language instruction per week to children (IL-elementary); or
  • 110 hours per credit course for high school students (IL-secondary).

Éducation permanente offers numerous language courses at various locations.

The ILP program at Éducation permanente currently has 22 languages taught.  These include:

  • Arabic, Azerbaijani, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Cantonese, Farsi, German, Hindi, Italian, Kirundi, Lingala, Kurdish, Mandarin, Nepali, Urdu, Portuguese, Somali, Spanish, Russian, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian.
